The Scent of Paris
Paris smells like a blend of fresh-baked bread and pastries wafting from boulangeries, mingling with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee from countless cafés. The scent of blooming flowers from its numerous gardens and parks, particularly in the spring, adds a delicate sweetness to the air. Walking through the streets, you might catch the faint, musty scent of old books from the booksellers along the Seine. In the evening, the fragrance of gourmet dishes being prepared in bistros and restaurants permeates the air, complemented by the occasional whiff of wine. The city also carries a hint of earthy, metallic notes from the rain-soaked cobblestones and the River Seine.
Positioned on Rue Chappe, a street famous for its picturesque staircases and artistic history, the studio is your ultimate starting point for exploring all of Paris. With excellent transport links, you’re just moments away from the Abbesses Metro Station and multiple bus stops, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. Step outside and you'll be greeted by the atmosphere of Montmartre. The surrounding streets are lined with bistros, cafés, restaurants, wine bars, vintage shops and amazing views over Paris.
